Amazon growth agency Fluid Marketplaces and B2B ecommerce agency Fluid Commerce, have announced the appointment of Kelly Hindle to the role of Commercial Director, marking a strategic move to drive growth across both businesses.
Bringing over two decades of experience in business development, marketing, PR, and journalism, Kelly joins the leadership team with a clear remit: to scale the agencies’ presence in B2B ecommerce and Amazon marketing.
Prior to joining Fluid, Kelly spent 13 years at JMW Solicitors, where she led business development for the firm’s medical negligence department, playing a key role in delivering substantial growth through targeted campaigns and strategic initiatives.
A former journalist, Kelly began her career at the Rossendale Free Press and Accrington Observer—both previously part of the Guardian Media Group—before moving into public relations and marketing.
Speaking about her new role, Kelly said:
“Joining Fluid Commerce and Fluid Marketplaces represents a major career shift for me. It was a big decision to blend my personal and professional life, but after many rewarding years at JMW, I was ready for a new challenge. Adam [Hindle, Managing Director] and I realised that my skills could bring real value to the agencies, and once we made the leap, it quickly became clear it was the right move.”
She added:
“We’ve had to set some boundaries—our kids are already pointing out that business talk is taking over dinner conversations! But I’m excited to contribute to what Adam has built since launching the agencies, and to help shape their next chapter.”
Adam Hindle, Managing Director, commented:
“We did wonder how working together might play out, but any doubts we had quickly disappeared. Kelly has already had a significant impact, and we’re aligned in our goals for the agencies’ future.”
Fluid Commerce, established in 2009, specialises in helping B2B companies—such as manufacturers and wholesalers—drive ecommerce growth. In 2024, Fluid Marketplaces was launched as a standalone agency to focus exclusively on supporting B2C brands with Amazon sales, following five successful years of Amazon-focused services under the Fluid Commerce banner.
Together, the two agencies employ 22 staff across the UK and internationally, with headquarters in Manchester’s Spring Gardens.
